We believe Fresh is Best.

The idea behind our shop is that most customers wish to see their chosen sandwich made freshly in front of them.

We opened our doors to the public on 12th February 1993 at 8am. In that time we have baked, prepared and sold approximately 1.5 million sandwiches and over half a million cakes.

Our customer profile is roughly 50:50 between locals and visitor.
